Geremy Help & FAQ

Everything you need to know to get the most out of Geremy — getting started, recording, meeting minutes, security, subscriptions, troubleshooting. Can't find your answer? Reach out to us at support@geremy.ai.

Getting started

How do I sign in to Geremy?

Two ways: on mobile, the iOS app (App Store) or Android (Google Play) — ideal for recording in-person meetings; on desktop, web.geremy.ai in any browser — that's where you get the full feature set (templates, regeneration, PDF/Word export, profile, subscription).

What is the initial setup (onboarding) for?

On your first sign-in, Geremy walks you through a few steps to tailor your experience: (1) your profile — pick the one that fits you, organised by family (Cross-functional, Business, Public sector, Specialised profession), and Geremy highlights the categories and features best suited to you; (2) your recommended categories — a selection matched to your profile, automatically added to your favourites; (3) how you heard about Geremy. You can skip this step (“Ask me later”) and adjust everything afterwards from your profile and the Categories page. The mobile app now offers the same onboarding as the web version.

How do I start my first recording on mobile?

In 30 seconds: open the app, choose 'Instant Meeting', tap the microphone icon to start, then tap the icon when you're done to confirm and upload the audio. Before confirming, you can name the meeting and pick a category — for a first try, go with 'Premium Meeting'. Keep the app open for a moment after confirming so the audio can finish uploading to our servers.

Mobile app or web version — what's the difference?

The web version does everything: live recording, audio file import, video-call invitation, viewing/editing, regeneration, custom templates, PDF/Word export, profile, subscription. The mobile app is built for in-person recording: background recording, locked screen, automatic muting during incoming calls, offline mode. In short: the web does it all; mobile excels in the field.

First-time mobile use — which permissions should I grant?

Grant all of them. Microphone: the heart of Geremy — without it, no recording. Notifications: to track the upload and be alerted when the report is ready. On Android also: Phone (mute the mic during an incoming call) and Nearby devices (keep recording in the background with the screen locked). Accidentally denied a permission? Long-press the Geremy icon → 'i' → Permissions.

How long does it take to generate a meeting report?

About 10% of the recording duration — a one-hour meeting produces a report ready in 6 to 10 minutes. The countdown starts once the audio has fully uploaded to our servers (watch the progress bar). No need to stay glued to the screen: enable notifications and you'll be alerted by email (with the PDF/Word attached if you wish).

Can I schedule a recurring meeting in Geremy?

No, Geremy does not offer recurring meeting scheduling — each meeting must be created individually. Tips to save time:

  • Duplicate an existing meeting: from your meeting list on web.geremy.ai, the duplication feature automatically copies the title (prefixed "Copy of…"), the report type, the custom template, the summary, the objectives, the comments, the participants, the tags and the language. All you need to do is start recording.
  • Introduce yourself to Geremy: your name, role, position in meetings, industry vocabulary… This information is specific to your account and helps Geremy identify you better and understand your context in each meeting.
  • Describe your organisation to Geremy: describe your structure — colleagues (names, roles), frequent clients, acronyms, ongoing projects… This information helps Geremy recognise names, avoid errors and produce more accurate reports. If you're on a Team plan, it's automatically shared across all team members.

This feature is requested by many users — feel free to write to support@geremy.ai to support the request.

Recording and audio

What are the different ways to capture audio?

5 modes: (1) mobile recording (in-person); (2) web recording (computer microphone); (3) import an audio file (MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV — up to 4 h / 400 MB); (4) 'Mic + browser tab' — capture audio from a browser tab plus your microphone (WhatsApp Web, webinar, hybrid meeting); (5) video-call invitation (Geremy joins Meet/Teams/Zoom as a participant).

Can I invite Geremy to a video call?

Yes. On web.geremy.ai → 'Quick add' → video call option → paste the Meet/Teams/Zoom link → 'Add Geremy to the meeting'. Two things to note: the meeting must already be open (Geremy connects the moment you click), and the host must admit it. No software to install for participants.

How do I record a hybrid meeting (in-person + remote)?

The phone microphone only picks up voices in the room. The solution: on a computer connected to the video call, use 'Mic + browser tab' mode — Geremy captures both the remote voices (the video-call tab) and those in the room (the computer microphone or a speakerphone). Best setup: USB speakerphone + 'Mic + browser tab' mode.

Can I record a WhatsApp call?

Not directly, but a simple workaround works well: open WhatsApp Web in a tab, start the call, then on web.geremy.ai create a meeting and choose 'Mic + browser tab' → select the call tab. Geremy captures your contact's voice (the tab) and yours (the computer microphone). Works with any audio source in the browser (webinar, podcast, etc.).

How are incoming calls handled during a recording?

Nothing to do on your end: as soon as a call comes in, the app automatically mutes the microphone — your conversation stays private and won't appear in the report — then recording resumes. Avoid aeroplane mode (it would cut the sync); use 'Do not disturb' instead. (Auto-detection via the 'Phone' permission on Android.)

Can I access the audio recording afterwards?

No — this is a deliberate security choice: once the report is generated, the audio is deleted immediately and permanently (voice is sensitive biometric data — data-minimisation principle). If you want to keep the audio, run your phone's built-in voice recorder in parallel before starting Geremy.

What is the maximum recording duration?

Up to 4 hours per session (within your monthly quota). Reminder notifications from the 2-hour mark; at 4 hours the recording stops automatically and the captured audio is processed. For a longer meeting, start a second recording after a break — two reports are often more readable than one very long document.

How much data does a recording use?

Very little: ~30 to 50 MB for a one-hour meeting (1 to 1.5 GB for 30 hours). It works fine on 4G/5G, and even offline: audio is stored locally and synced automatically once you're back online. Tip: record wherever you are, then let the sync happen over Wi-Fi back at the office.

Which microphone works best for a meeting room recording?

Your phone's microphone is sufficient for 2 to 4 people around a table. Beyond that, a 360° conference speakerphone (Jabra Speak2, EPOS Expand, Anker PowerConf…) noticeably improves transcription quality. Place the mic in the centre of the table, close doors and windows, avoid noise sources (ventilation, rustling paper), and plug the speakerphone in via USB for long meetings.

How do I record a phone call with Geremy?

Geremy does not yet offer direct capture of standard phone calls, but several methods make it possible today:

  • Via a VoIP tool (Teams, Zoom Phone, Google Voice, Ringover…): retrieve the audio recording provided by the platform and upload it to web.geremy.ai via "Quick add" → "Import". Geremy generates the write-up from the file.
  • Via the browser with "Mic + Other tab": if your call goes through a browser tab (WhatsApp Web, Ringover, Google Voice…), use the "Mic + Other tab" option in the Web version. Geremy simultaneously captures your contact's voice (via the tab) and your own (via your computer's microphone).
  • On speakerphone + mobile recording: put your call on speakerphone and start Geremy recording on your phone (or a second device). Quality depends on the sound environment, but this method works for short calls in a quiet setting.

In all cases, remember to inform the other person that the conversation is being recorded — this is a legal requirement.

Reports and categories

What report categories are available?

More than 50 categories that automatically adapt the form and level of detail to your context, grouped into 6 families: general formats (Meeting, Summary, Decision log, Smart…); interviews/consultations (HR, recruitment, medical, legal, psychology…); business formats (Sales follow-up, Project management, Construction, Real estate, Finance, Medical staff meeting, Works council, Town council, Board of directors…); personal reflection (Developed reflection, Essential, Mindmap); special formats (Premium meeting, GDPR Verbatim, Structured exchanges); and your custom templates. Explore them on the Categories page (“My categories”): description, specifics and PDF examples, with filters by target audience and use case. Pin your favourites (heart icon) and set a default category (star icon), pre-selected for each new meeting. The “Smart” category lets the AI choose the best format.

Can I use my own report templates?

Yes — custom templates (Premium and Team plans). You upload your template as a PDF on web.geremy.ai/templates — need a starting point? the “Download an example” button (next to “Add”) gives you a template to adapt. Geremy then fills it in automatically: fixed elements (headings, table headers) are reproduced exactly, and the fields in square brackets [ ] are replaced with the meeting content. Ideal for a site-visit report, a sales insight sheet, a class-council minute…

How can I get a more concise report?

Two levers: choose the 'Summary' category (the essentials in 2–3 pages: decisions, actions, key points) when generating or regenerating; and lighten the formatting in your profile (web.geremy.ai/profile → 'Formatting preferences'). Both can be combined. No need to start over: simply regenerate an existing detailed report using the 'Summary' category.

How do I regenerate or edit a report?

From web.geremy.ai, open the meeting record → 'Regenerate report'. You can update the context (title, agenda, objectives, notes), change the category, correct speaker names, and add up to 5 attachments. Important: regeneration overwrites the previous result and you only get one regeneration per report — download the PDF/Word first if needed, and adjust all settings in one go. You can also edit the text directly in the interface.

How do I rate a report and flag what could be improved?

Rating your reports is a good habit: it’s quick and it helps us support you better. From a report, use “Rate the report” to give a star rating, then point out in one click the aspects that matter most to you (speaker detection, attribution of statements, level of detail, names and business terms, faithfulness to the content, structure), with an optional free-text field. This feedback helps us understand how you use Geremy and offer you tailored advice to get the most out of it. Your ratings don’t change the report: to actually adjust a report (names, category, context), use regeneration.

Can I get several formats from the same meeting?

Yes, with Premium and Team plans: 'Additional reports' allow up to 5 parallel outputs from a single recording — for example, an official minutes document + a summary for absentees + a decision log for the relevant teams. On the Standard plan, you have one regeneration (which overwrites the previous result).

How does Geremy handle the tasks from my meetings?

With the Premium plan, Geremy automatically extracts the tasks mentioned in your meetings and helps you track their progress, on the My tasks page (web.geremy.ai/tasks). Each task has a status, a priority, a due date, a source meeting and an assignee; you can filter the list, add a task manually and generate tasks from your meetings. The behaviour is set in your profile (“Task preferences”): automatic generation from each new report, and automatic updating of tasks (otherwise validated manually).

Is the full transcript available?

No — the technical transcript is raw data, not human-readable, and cannot be displayed or downloaded; it serves only as source material. If you want output that closely mirrors what was said, the 'Verbatim' category produces a word-for-word account speaker by speaker, with GDPR processing that automatically masks sensitive information.

How should I prepare a meeting to get a better report?

The more context Geremy has, the better the result. On the meeting record: title, agenda, objectives, participant list (names + roles), context notes, up to 5 attachments (images, PDFs). In your profile: your name/role and the names of your regular colleagues. Everything is optional and can be added even after recording.

Speaker identification

How does Geremy know who said what?

Through audio cues (a quick round of introductions at the start of the meeting: 'Hi, I'm Marie, project manager', and using first names during the discussion) and the names entered in your profile. Place the microphone in the centre of the table, move it closer to the main speakers in large meetings, and disable compression if you're using an external recorder.

How do I correct speaker names?

If the report shows 'Participant 1', 'Participant 2': go to web.geremy.ai → meeting record → 'Regenerate report' → at the speakers step, replace each generic name with the correct (correctly spelled) name → relaunch. The report is updated throughout. Only one regeneration per report — correct everything in one go. To avoid this in future, add your regular colleagues in your profile.

Geremy misspells some proper nouns (places, organisations…)

This is expected: Geremy transcribes 'by ear', and uncommon or local names may be misspelled. The most effective fix: prepare an agenda with the important proper nouns before the meeting (Geremy uses it as a reference). You can also attach a document containing key terms, or correct them afterwards in the interface.

Does Geremy automatically recognise voices?

Not yet. Biometric voice recognition is in development — the main challenge is regulatory (voice is biometric data under GDPR, and storing a voiceprint requires the explicit consent of each person). In the meantime: add your regular colleagues in your profile and do a round of introductions.

Plans and pricing

How does the free trial work?

One month free trial from account creation, no credit card required, no commitment — everything is unlocked (all categories, custom templates, supplementary meeting summaries, automated task management, PDF/Word export), within a limit of 10 hours of recording (around ten one-hour meetings). No automatic charge at the end.

Important: the Premium Trial cannot be paused or restarted. Once activated, the one-month countdown starts immediately. Make sure to activate it when you actually have meetings to record. If you reach the 10-hour limit before the end of the month, new recording processing is suspended, but you retain access to all features on your already-generated reports until the end of the trial period.

What features are available without a subscription after the trial?

Your account switches to 'No subscription' mode — essentially read-only: you can view and edit your existing reports, but no new generation, no regeneration, no PDF/Word export, no templates, no additional reports, no task management, and some categories are reserved for subscribers. Your reports and data are kept for 2 years; subscribing reactivates everything, as if you'd never left.

What plans are available?

Standard — from €14 excl. VAT/month (€18 on monthly billing), 20 h/month, 18 report categories, 1 user. Premium — from €32 excl. VAT/month (€39 on monthly billing), 50 h/month, + custom templates + up to 5 additional reports + automated task management. Team — from €19 excl. VAT/month/user (€23 on monthly billing), minimum 3 users, 30 h/month/member with a shared hour pool, all Premium features. All plans are commitment-free.

Is there a commitment or lock-in?

No, none. Cancel at any time, no fees, no questions asked, in a few clicks at web.geremy.ai/subscription. You keep the service until the end of the paid period, then your reports remain viewable for 2 years. The same applies to annual billing: reduced price, zero commitment.

How does the hour quota work?

It renews each month on your subscription anniversary date. Unused hours do not roll over. Each recording is capped at 4 hours, regardless of your remaining quota. Quota reached? Your recordings are not lost: they stay in the queue and will be processed at renewal (or immediately if you upgrade). On Team plans, hours are shared across members.

Can I pay by bank transfer or purchase order?

Yes. Online (Stripe): credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Cartes Bancaires, American Express…), Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, Klarna, Link, PayPal, Revolut Pay. By bank transfer for organisations, associations, and public bodies (contact support@geremy.ai for banking details). By purchase order for public-sector institutions: official quote on request, order form, invoicing via Chorus Pro (public-sector billing in France) — no specific public procurement framework or accreditation required.

How do I cancel my subscription?

No fees, no questions asked: web.geremy.ai/subscription → 'Manage my subscription' → cancel in a few clicks (or via the Stripe portal by entering your account email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; your reports remain viewable for 2 years. The same portal lets you update your payment method or download your invoices.

My subscription hasn't activated after payment

Most common cause: the email address used for Stripe payment differs from your Geremy account email — the subscription can't be matched to your account. Always use the same address (check it in your profile before paying). If it's already happened, write to support@geremy.ai with both addresses and the link will be made manually.

My free trial has ended — what are my options?

At the end of your free trial month, your account switches to "No subscription" mode. Your existing meeting summaries remain accessible for consultation for 2 years, but you can no longer start new recordings or generate new summaries.

You have three options:

  • Standard (18 € excl. VAT/month) — 20 h/month, 18 summary categories, customisation, PDF/Word export.
  • Premium (39 € excl. VAT/month) — 50 h/month, 54+ categories, custom templates, additional summaries.
  • Team (from 3 users) — shared pooled hours, centralised management.

Go to web.geremy.ai/subscription to subscribe. There is no commitment — you can cancel at any time. Not sure which to pick? Start with Standard: you can upgrade at any time as your needs grow.

Security and privacy (GDPR)

Where is my data hosted?

In Europe, and only in Europe: data centres in France (Paris), with redundancy across the EU. No transfers outside the European Union — no storage, processing, or backups outside the EU. Infrastructure certified ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and HDS (French health-data hosting certification — the highest level of data-protection requirements in Europe).

How is my data protected?

Privacy by Design: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit; audio processing is fully automated, with no human access whatsoever; audio deleted immediately after the report is generated; complete isolation between accounts and between meetings; regular external penetration tests, OWASP best practices, and quarterly reviews by cybersecurity and GDPR experts.

Is my data used to train the AI?

No, never — contractual guarantee, not just a promise. Permanent opt-out with all our AI partners, actively monitored. And every meeting is processed in total isolation: Geremy has no 'memory' from one meeting to the next, and nothing is cross-referenced.

What happens to the audio after processing?

It's gone: as soon as the report is generated, the recording is deleted immediately and permanently from our servers — not archived 'just in case', not moved to cold storage. Lifecycle: encryption (AES-256) at capture → secure transfer (TLS 1.3) → automated transcription + generation → audio deleted. Only your report (text) remains.

Can I set a retention period for my data (automatic deletion)?

Yes. In your profile (web.geremy.ai/profile), the “Privacy & data management” section offers the “Delete my meetings after” setting: after 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, or “Never” (the default). “Never” doesn’t mean unlimited retention: your meetings are kept until your account is closed or deleted — never beyond that. When a period is set, meetings older than it are automatically and permanently deleted (only the date and duration are kept for history) — an irreversible action. Not to be confused with the 2-year period applied after cancellation: automatic deletion applies while your subscription is active, to the meetings you choose not to keep. Remember to download (or have emailed to you) the reports you want to keep.

What is Geremy's position under GDPR?

Geremy acts as a data processor under GDPR; you are the data controller (you decide to record, choose the participants, and determine the purpose). As such, it is your responsibility to inform participants and obtain their consent where required. A data processing agreement (DPA, Art. 28) and a Security White Paper are available on request at rgpd@geremy.ai.

Do I need to inform participants that the meeting is being recorded?

Yes, it’s a legal requirement in France — recording people without their knowledge is prohibited, both in person and on video calls. A few words at the start of the meeting are enough: inform, explain the purpose (the audio is used only for the report and will be deleted after processing), and let everyone opt out. The “Recording consent” setting in your profile (web.geremy.ai/profile) helps with compliance, via two modes: obtain consent yourself, or let Geremy automatically read out an information notice at the start. This setting doesn’t relieve you of your responsibility as data controller. It’s also a chance to reassure people: no audio retention, no AI training, immediate deletion.

How do I request deletion of my account?

You are fully in control of your data. Two options:

  • From the web: go to web.geremy.ai/support, "Account Deletion" tab, and follow the procedure.
  • From the mobile app: tap "Contact Support" in the menu (or the ? button on the home screen), then choose "Request account and data deletion".

In both cases, a confirmation email will be sent. Deletion within 72 hours, permanent and irreversible (reports, profile, preferences, transcriptions). Download anything you want to keep beforehand. The only exception: billing data, retained per legal accounting and tax obligations.

Who is Geremy's DPO?

The Data Protection Officer is Franck Muller — your point of contact for any questions relating to your personal data and the exercise of your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection): rgpd@geremy.ai.

Account management

How do I delete a meeting?

On mobile: swipe the meeting left → 'Delete', or from the meeting record → 'Settings' tab → 'Delete'. On the web: delete it directly from the dashboard. Permanent and irreversible (the transcript is also erased after a short delay) — download the PDF/Word first if you want to keep a copy.

Is deletion reversible?

No, completely irreversible — no recycle bin, no undo, no recovery possible (by you or by support: this is a GDPR compliance guarantee). Best practices: always download your reports as PDF/Word after generation, enable automatic email delivery (you keep a copy in your inbox), and when in doubt don't delete — a stored report uses no quota.

How do I set up my profile?

On web.geremy.ai/profile, the page is organised into three tabs. “Profile” — your personal settings and defaults: identity (name, role, phone), default category and styling, task preferences, notifications (automatic emailing of reports, optional attachment), formatting preferences (PDF/Word), privacy & data management (automatic deletion), recording consent. “Useful information” — introduce yourself to Geremy: name, role, your part in meetings, business vocabulary. “Organisation” — describe your organisation: colleagues and their roles, frequent clients, acronyms, ongoing projects (on the Team plan, this is shared across all members). Don’t forget to Save: a well-filled profile improves speaker identification and report quality.

How do I organise my reports into folders?

You can sort your meetings into folders (and sub-folders). On the web, from your dashboard (web.geremy.ai/dashboard), switch to the Folders tab: the “My folders” panel shows your tree, “+ New” creates a folder or sub-folder, and you sort your meetings by simple drag and drop. Initially, everything sits in “Unsorted”. On mobile, your folders stay available offline and sync automatically. Folders are only for organising: moving a report changes neither its content nor its category.

How do I change the email address on my account?

It can't be changed from the interface: email support@geremy.ai stating your current address and the new one. Your reports, subscription, and preferences are preserved — only your login identifier changes. Remember to update your Stripe payment method afterwards so the billing email matches.

I have several email addresses and can't find my reports

This is common: the account was created with a different address, or via 'Sign in with Apple' in private mode (Apple generates a relay address @privaterelay.appleid.com). Try all your addresses on web.geremy.ai — the right account is the one that shows your meetings. Two accounts created by mistake? support@geremy.ai can merge them. Going forward: note the exact address and always use the same sign-in method.

Can I transfer my write-ups from one account to another?

No, it is not possible to transfer write-ups from one Geremy account to another. Each account is compartmentalised by design — this is a guarantee of security and GDPR compliance.

Geremy's terms of use only allow one account per individual. If you have multiple accounts, the procedure is as follows:

  • Choose your main account (the one you will keep).
  • Download all data from the secondary account (PDF or Word export of each write-up from web.geremy.ai).
  • Request the deletion of the secondary account from web.geremy.ai/support (Account Deletion tab).

Technical issues and troubleshooting

The app can't find my phone's microphone

Almost always the cause: the microphone permission was denied. Fully close Geremy then reopen it — an 'Open settings' button should appear. If not, enable it manually: long-press the Geremy icon → 'i' (info) → Permissions → enable Microphone. On iPhone, if the sound is silent or poor: disconnect your Bluetooth devices (AirPods, headphones, speaker) before starting the recording — iOS routes the microphone to them.

My recording is stuck / waiting to be processed

The audio hasn't finished uploading to our servers (most common cause: the app was closed too soon after confirming, or the connection dropped). Reopen the Geremy app and leave it open for a few minutes with a stable connection — the sync resumes exactly where it left off, nothing is lost. Still stuck? You may be on a filtered network (corporate/school Wi-Fi, VPN): switch to 4G/5G, or ask your IT team to whitelist the domains geremy.ai and geremy.app.

My report has been pending for several days

Three possible causes: (1) your quota is reached (check on web.geremy.ai/subscription — processing will resume at renewal); (2) the audio was never fully uploaded (reopen the app with a stable connection); (3) a server-side technical issue (rare) — contact support@geremy.ai with your email, the meeting date, and how long the report has been pending. In all cases, your recording is not lost.

My report is incomplete or cut off

Check the recording duration shown in the meeting record: if it's shorter than the actual meeting, the captured audio is incomplete (app closed mid-recording, battery, system optimisation, or the 4-hour limit reached) — the report can only reflect what was actually recorded. Otherwise, try regenerating from web.geremy.ai. For long meetings: keep the phone plugged in and disable battery optimisation for Geremy.

My audio file won't upload

A common mix-up: the 'attachments' section of a meeting is for context documents (images, PDFs), not audio files. To import audio: web.geremy.ai → 'Quick add' → configure the meeting → 'Record' → select 'Import' → choose your file (MP3, MP4, M4A, WAV — up to 4 h / 400 MB).

My payment was declined

Usually an expired card, a spending limit reached, or the 3D Secure verification not completed in time. Try again with your phone nearby (for 3D Secure confirmation), or use a different payment method (another card, PayPal, SEPA). Check with your bank to make sure it hasn't blocked the transaction. No charge is made on failure — you can retry with no risk of being charged twice.

Additional information

Can Geremy record phone calls?

Not yet (specific transparency/GDPR considerations). In the meantime: use the recording provided by your VoIP tool (Teams, Zoom Phone, Google Voice, Ringover…) and upload it on web.geremy.ai; or, for a browser-based call, use 'Mic + browser tab'. In all cases, inform the other party that the conversation is being recorded — this is a legal obligation.

Can a report be generated from written notes?

No: Geremy works exclusively from audio — its entire value lies in turning spoken exchanges into structured documents. If you have notes, mention them out loud during the recording, or enter them in the agenda, objectives, or a PDF attachment for the meeting.

Can Geremy write texts or answer questions?

No — Geremy is not a general-purpose assistant. It does one thing: turn your meetings and interviews into structured reports. For free-form writing or Q&A, general AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) are better suited.

How do I share a report?

On mobile: the “Share” function opens your phone’s native menu (email, messaging, AirDrop, WhatsApp, Slack…). On the web: download the PDF or Word file and send it like any document (email, Drive, Dropbox, SharePoint…). Direct export to Google Drive: on the web version, you can also send a report straight to Google Drive, from your meetings list as well as from the meeting page, alongside the PDF/Word download. Automatically: enable email delivery in your profile — every report lands in your inbox, with the PDF/Word attached.

How do I contact the Geremy team?

By email at support@geremy.ai or by phone on +33 4 65 84 08 24. Online help & FAQ: geremy.ai/aide. For questions about personal data: rgpd@geremy.ai (DPO: Franck Muller). Stellar Quantum SAS — 55 allée Camille Claudel, 84000 Avignon, France.

How do I submit an idea or a suggestion for improvement?

Your feedback is valuable and every suggestion is read by the team. To share an idea, report a gap, or propose an improvement:

Many of Geremy's current features have come directly from user suggestions.

How can I support Geremy or invite someone to try the app?

The Referrals page (web.geremy.ai/referrals), also available from the mobile app, brings together several ways to share Geremy: share your personal referral link (you also track your referees and your referrer there), invite by email, share on LinkedIn or Facebook, leave a review, or send us a testimonial (two checkboxes keep you in control: “I wish to remain anonymous” and “I agree to my testimonial being published”). People who create an account via your link appear in your list of referees.

Does Geremy offer a partner or reseller program?

Yes, Geremy works with reseller and integrator partners. If you would like to distribute Geremy to your customers or integrate it into your service offering, please contact the sales team: contact@stellarquantum.com.
