What is Geremy used for?

Geremy removes the chore of writing up meeting minutes. Put your phone on the table (or invite Geremy into your video call), run your meeting as usual, and receive a structured write-up ready to review and share.

How does it work?

• 1. Record or invite Geremy — in person from the mobile app, or in video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
• 2. Automatic transcription — the audio is transcribed automatically, including multilingual meetings.
• 3. Structured write-up — Geremy generates an organized write-up — decisions, action items, summary — based on the chosen format.
• 4. Review and share — adjust if needed, then distribute. The audio is then deleted.

Is my data secure?

• Hosted in France and Europe — no data transfer outside the European Union.
• Certified hosting infrastructure — ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and HDS (the French health-data hosting standard).
• Audio deleted after processing — the recording is encrypted (AES-256) then deleted once the write-up is generated.
• AI never trained on your data — contractual guarantee: each meeting is processed in isolation.
• GDPR-compliant — Geremy acts as a processor; a DPA and Security White Paper are available on request.
