Regardless of the mode, the process is the same: Geremy transcribes and then generates your meeting report in just a few minutes (≈ 10% of the recording duration).
Every type of meeting has its own conventions: Geremy offers more than 50 categories that automatically adapt the format and level of detail to your context — general formats (Meeting, Summary, Decision Log, «Smart» where the AI chooses…), interviews and consultations (HR, recruitment, medical, legal, therapy…), business formats (Sales Follow-up, Project Steering, Construction, Real Estate, Finance, Medical Staff, Works Council, Town Council…), governing bodies and assemblies, personal reflection (Reflection, Mindmap), and special formats (Premium Meeting, GDPR Verbatim, Structured Exchanges). You choose the category when generating — and you can change it afterwards.
No category fits your needs exactly? Provide your own document template in PDF format (at web.geremy.ai/templates) and Geremy fills it in automatically: fixed elements (section headings, table headers) are reproduced as-is, and placeholders in brackets [ ] are replaced with content from the meeting. Like a mail merge. Perfect for any repeating format: site-visit report, sales insight sheet, medical consultation notes, sprint debrief, class-council minutes…
Geremy does more than summarise: it automatically extracts the actions decided in the meeting, along with their owner, deadline, and status, and groups them in a built-in tracker within the app. This is a key differentiator: no competitor offers this level of action extraction — no more 'the team will handle it' items getting lost in the minutes.
Geremy automatically identifies who said what based on audio cues (a quick round of introductions at the start of the session, use of first names) and information from your profile (your usual collaborators). If a 'Participant 1' remains, you can correct the names in a few clicks and the report is updated. (Biometric voice recognition across sessions is currently in the design phase — the challenge is regulatory: voice is biometric data under GDPR.)
A write-up is never set in stone. You can edit it directly in the interface (PDF and Word exports update automatically), or regenerate it by refining the context (title, agenda, objectives, participant names, up to 5 attachments) or by changing the category. On the Standard plan, one regeneration per write-up — download the PDF first if you want to keep a copy. On Premium and Team, unlimited regenerations.
With Premium and Team, go beyond simple regeneration: generate up to 5 complementary write-ups from a single recording, coexisting in parallel without overwriting each other. For example: a Summary for management, a Verbatim for the archives, a document based on your custom template for operational follow-up. All from the same audio — one meeting recorded, several deliverables.
From 3 users (up to 15; more available on request). Each member has their own workspace, but hours are pooled in a shared quota — if one team member records little and another has a busy month, the allowance balances out naturally. The administrator manages the team independently from the dedicated tab: adding/removing members, monitoring usage.
Geremy recognises nearly 100 languages at transcription — you can record a meeting in English and receive the report in French, for example. The interface itself is available in 9 languages (FR, EN, DE, ES, IT, JA, NL, PL, PT).
